Get Ready!!!
House party is a 4-night event that will be held at SVC from 5-8PM on August 13-15; 5-9 PM August 16. The whole group will be split up into 4 houses (teams) and there will be competitive games every night where team members can win points for their house! At the end of the 4 nights, the house with the most points will win an extraordinary prize!
Check-in will start at 4:30 on night 1 so that students can decorate their shirts!
We are so excited to see how God moves during this event and how we can glorify Him through our competition and our relationships!
Dinner will be provided so come hungry for food and fun!
All students need to bring is a desire to connect with friends and grow deeper with God.

Students will arrive at 4:30 to check-in, and will get to design their own shirt with spray paint on night 1 with their house colors! Every night, teens will start with connecting through eating dinner together, will move to play their “House Game” against the other houses, will spend time time in worship and listening to a message, go into small groups to discuss the message and what it means for our lives, and then will have free time to end the night!
On the final night, the schedule will be the same but we will have an extra hour (8-9 PM) for any students that want to take the next step in their walk with Jesus of Baptism, and we will have the awards ceremony! All parents and congregation are invited to this final hour of our event!
The cost is $15 dollars per student, which covers 4 dinners and their personalized House Party T-shirt!

Your teen can wear whatever they feel most comfortable in, but will also want to bring a bathing suit for the water House game on the last day (August 16th).
Boys can wear a normal bathing suit with a shirt they’re okay getting wet in, girls must wear a one piece bathing suit with shorts.
Your teen should bring a bible, something to write with, a notebook, a water bottle, and something to carry their belongings in.
We separate teams in a way that will be the most fair for everyone, so that the competition is as equal as possible! There will be a roughly equal number of grades on every team.
When your teen signs up, there is an option to team up with one friend. This way, students can bring their friends and won’t have to worry about being split up! We try to honor all requests if possible, especially if it’s your first time!
Check-in will happen at 4:30 PM every day. We ask that parents walk in with their teens so they can get situated, and so that we can get to know parents! We prioritize safety in our ministry, so this ensures we know the faces of who is picking up specific teens!
Check-out will happen at 8:00 PM the first 3 nights, and 9:00 PM the last night. We ask that all parents come in to the church and tell our volunteers at the check-in desk which teen they’re asking for, and we will send them out!
