Safety in SV Kids
Your child’s safety is our top priority. Whether it’s evacuation procedures, bathroom guidelines, or everyday best practices, you can find all of our policies here on this page.
In the event of an evacuation, our designated meet-up point is the Fire Pit, beyond the basketball court. Each classroom has emergency procedures posted in clear view, and every SV Kids volunteer is trained and equipped to follow those procedures.
We want every family to know their kids are cared for in a safe, secure, and loving environment.
If we ever need to evacuate the building, please follow the directions of staff and volunteers. They will guide you to the nearest safe exit from wherever you are in the building.
From the Worship Center: listen for instructions from the stage and plan to exit through the designated side doors unless otherwise directed.
From Student Ministry areas: leaders will guide students out together and reunite them with parents at the fire pit.
From Next Gen / Kids areas: SV Kids volunteers will lead children directly to the fire pit, where families will reconnect.
Our goal is to keep everyone safe, calm, and moving in an orderly way so families can reunite quickly.
